Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Soho Acupuncture Center.
We strive to provide the highest quality of work and service for all our clients.
We are by appointment only. We greatly appreciate the value of your time and appreciate the same courtesy. WE HAVE A 48-HOUR NOTICE POLICY. This gives us enough time to accommodate another client who needs it. That is why we ask for a deposit of $50 for all appointments upon booking. The amount will be deducted from the final cost.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit can only be transferred once if advanced notice is given within 48 hours. One deposit can be redeemed per appointment. All appointments booked less than 48 hours from your set time won’t allow for rescheduling or cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
Please give us a notice at least 48 hours before your appointment. Service deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All appointments booked less than 48 hours from your appointment time won’t allow rescheduling or cancellation. If you arrive late or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your future appointment. When rescheduling, the deposit is only transferable ONCE if we are given a 48-hour notice (we only allow a one-time rescheduling). Please be respectful of our acupuncturist's time and schedule.

Please be respectful and mindful of the acupuncturist’s time. We don't like rushing perfection or cutting into another client’s appointment time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be subject to reschedule and the session will be shorten according to your arrival time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a NO SHOW.

NO-SHOWS
Since we are by appointment only, we ask our clients to respect our time as much as we respect theirs. ALL CLIENTS WHO “NO-SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED THE “FULL PRICE” OF BOOKED SERVICE. If you do not show up to the appointment, your appointment will be forfeited and be charged full price
